Ofuro Bath

Welcome to the wellness area dedicated to you, a place of absolute relaxation and rest , open all year round, accessible exclusively for private use and by reservation , from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (except Sunday and the day of departure) and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for people aged 13 and over.

1 hour/day of access to this space is included for each night booked from April to the end of September .

From October to the end of March , access to the latter is optional (20€/pers/1 hour), not included in the overnight stay (except for the special offer including this service).

We invite you to come and discover our large Ofuro bath(hot bath in Japanese), 2.20 m in diameter, made of red cedar, located under a charming and authentic courtyard and surrounded by a large green garden. The view of this idyllic landscape will transport you far from all the constraints of everyday life.

This space is a true haven of peace, where you can relax and let stress evaporate. The water temperature (36°) is set to allow you to completely immerse yourself in a warm and soothing bath , while enjoying the freshness of the air.

The spring water used for bathing is naturally pure and rich in minerals, such as magnesium and calcium, which help strengthen the immune system, regulate blood pressure and improve skin quality.

The Epsom salt that is added at the time of your privatization, meanwhile, is known for its detoxifying and therapeutic properties. It helps relieve muscle and joint pain, reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

Using chemicals for disinfection can be harmful to your skin and the environment. That's why we chose not to use chemicals in our Ofuro bath. Instead, we use natural methods, such as UV water filtration and ozone disinfection, to ensure clean and healthy water every time you use it.

In summary, this hot bath offers many health and wellness benefits, thanks to the use of spring water, Epsom salt and the absence of chemicals for disinfection. We are confident that you will fully appreciate the benefits of the latter and we hope that you will derive maximum benefits for your health and well-being.

Massages

In this spirit of taking time for yourself and doing yourself some good, a strong value of our guest house, we also offer a massage service to help you relax and recharge your batteries.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing or energizing massage, we have what it takes to meet your needs.

Mélanie, a professional practicing in the field of body care, offers you a "custom-made" massage . Indeed, each being, body, soul and spirit is Unique, our personality too. It is in this dynamic that she practices her massages, inspired by Californian and Swedish massage techniques. They are therefore intuitive and personalized, thus meeting your needs.

Mélanie invites you to a moment of letting go, regeneration of both body and mind for 30 min (seated massage), for 1 hour or 1 hour 30 min of treatment (massage on table).

We attach particular importance to the fact that during the treatment you can relax in a comfortable, peaceful and private environment. That is why we offer you to live this experience in the guest room you occupy. In this way, you will not have to worry about moving and will be able to fully enjoy the treatment in your own environment.

Mélanie uses a neutral, certified organic oil, composed of 3 oils: sunflower, sesame and sweet almond, thus guaranteeing a pleasant and soothing massage.
