In our guest house, we attach very high value to ""homemade"" and to the origin of the foodstuffs/products that we use not only for our dinners but also for our breakfasts because we are keen to offer you a pleasant taste experience that will delight your taste buds.

We carefully select the freshest products, most often from local producers and suppliers who we trust and who share our values of sustainability and quality:

༄ the Goasquiou farm in Pléhedel for its delicious duck sausages in particular,

the Kerhuel farm in Yvias, for its whole farm milk, its whole cream and its tasty cheeses,

༄ the hirondelles cheese dairy in Tréguier, for its tasty cheeses,

༄ the Les Primvères cheese dairy in Camlez, for its succulent goat cheeses,

༄ the Kernou vegetable garden in Yvias for its seasonal vegetables grown in a sustainable manner,

the Kersa farm in Ploubazlanec for its vegetables also produced naturally without the use of chemicals,

༄ biocoop in Paimpol for flour, sugar, cereals,…

We attach particular importance to moving towards short circuits in order to contribute in some way to the promotion of the local economy .

We have the pleasure of using the good eggs from our chickens, the many aromatic herbs from our vegetable garden, the apples from our orchard which we transform into juice thanks to Mobile Press.

Driven by this desire to offer you the best, we also make a point of ensuring quality service . Indeed, whether for breakfast or dinner, we opt for a personalized service , on separate tables, which simply allows you to savor these taste moments.

To make these moments even more pleasant for you, the tables are set with very beautiful and old crockery as well as silver cutlery.

Gourmet wake-up call with a varied breakfast

Every morning, between 8 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. , I serve you, in the lounge area or outside, on sunny days, a delicious sweet breakfast , included in your overnight stay and composed of:

  • homemade sourdough bread,

  • Homemade apple juice,

  • Homemade jams,

  • Homemade salted butter caramel,

  • Natural yogurt made with whole milk from the farm, homemade,

  • Homemade granola,

  • Homemade crepes or pancakes depending on the day,

  • Brioche or milk bread or waffle or homemade cake depending on the day.

I offer you different hot drinks:

  • Coffees: espresso, long, cappuccino, latte machiato,

  • Various teas,

  • Varied infusions,

  • Hot chocolate, hot milk,…

I can also serve you a savory breakfast instead of the one generally served, at an additional cost (7€/pers). The latter consists of:

  • homemade sourdough bread,

  • Cheeses,

  • Egg (scrambled, or omelette, or boiled),

  • Cold cuts,

  • Homemade apple juice,

  • Homemade jam,

  • Natural yogurt made with whole milk from the farm, homemade,

  • Homemade granola,

Around a refined table indoors or outdoors when the weather permits, you can enjoy, with soft music in the background and one-on-one, our 3 dinner options (without drinks), generally served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings , around 8 p.m., from September to the end of June :

You will be able to discover, through the dishes prepared with passion by me, a cuisine full of flavors, local products but not only that,…

To accompany your dinner, I suggest a raw cider, made in an artisanal and old-fashioned way by a local producer, the Penn Prad cider house in Penvenan, (€6 per 75cl bottle, on consignment).

If you would like to dine outside, I will be happy to direct you to delicious local restaurants. Among the numerous restaurant offerings (crêperie, brasserie, bistronomic and gourmet restaurants, and only 10 minutes from our guest house, you will easily find something to satisfy your culinary desires.
